Wachovia Customers

Wells Fargo expects to complete its acquisition of Wachovia by the end of 2008. In the meantime, Wachovia has indicated that Wachovia Visa cardholders may continue to use their Visa cards the same way they do today. Visa is committed to working with Wells Fargo and Wachovia to ensure a smooth and effective transition of the Visa credit card program without any interruption in service to cardholders.
Wachovia customers with questions should call their normal banking representative or 1-800-922-4684, or they can visit www.wachovia.com.

Washington Mutual Customers

JPMorgan Chase expects to convert Washington Mutual's consumer banking, home lending and credit card businesses to the Chase brand over the next two years. In the meantime, JPMorgan Chase has indicated that Visa cardholders may continue to use their Visa credit cards the same way they do today. Visa is committed to working with Washington Mutual, JPMorgan Chase and the FDIC to ensure a smooth and effective transition of the Visa credit card program without any interruption in service to cardholders.
